For most attractions, booking 24-48 hours ahead is enough. However, for popular experiences like desert safaris, yacht cruises, and combo tickets during peak season (October-April), we recommend booking a few days in advance to guarantee availability.

Yes! Children under 3 years old (or under 1.05 meters in height) enjoy free entry at most major attractions, including IMG Worlds of Adventure. Discounted child rates apply for ages 3-10. Exact age and height policies vary by attraction, so check the specific ticket page for details.

It depends on the experience. Tours like our Desert Safari include hotel pickup as standard. For theme parks and attractions, shared or private transfers are available as an optional add-on at checkout.

For weather-dependent experiences like desert safaris, yacht cruises, and water parks, we monitor conditions closely. If an attraction operator cancels or postpones due to weather, you'll be offered a free reschedule or full refund — no cancellation fee applies.

Standard attraction tickets (such as IMG Worlds or Burj Khalifa) are non-refundable once issued, in line with the venue's own policy. For guided tours and safari packages, free cancellation is available up to 24-48 hours before your scheduled time.

Many of our guided tours and desert safaris offer multilingual guides or audio options, including Arabic, English, and other major languages. Availability varies by experience — check the language details on each tour's product page, or ask our WhatsApp support team before booking.
